The extruder, where the PVC raw material begins to be plasticized, is extruded through the mold, and then is shaped by the setting die on the vacuum setting table through vacuuming and cooling water, and is automatically pulled by the tractor, and the speed of the tractor is adjusted to make the extruder. The extrusion is synchronized with the tractor, and the rotary encoder is placed on the gusset plate at the exit of the tractor. The rotary encoder starts to automatically record the meter and set the length, and reaches the set length. Finally, the material is automatically stacked by the stacker.
